Till now from footpath business man to business giants all will follow only one rule when it comes to "Customer Service" i.e., "Customer Is God". If customer is God then who are we, are we slave to him? Aren't we working hard to fulfill his needs? We get frustrations, we get tentions, we get make good/services to deliver to customer on time. Due to fact that only because of he is paying money to us "He Is God?". There should be a revolution from "Customer Is God" to "Customer Is Also God".
I am into IT business from couple of years. let me share my experience. If we don't deliver the things on time, my client says you haven't delivered the things on time, hence I would reduce the payment.
If the same thing happens from his side lets say suppose Payment is delayed if we charge anything extra he says no you can't. Even more of times we compromise its a bit delay it okay. But customer won't.
I am trying my level of contribution to change this. I want more and more people to join me lets create this revolution from "Customer Is God" to "Customer Is Also God".
